The extension has no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no usage tracking, no remote logging, and no backend servers operated by us. The developer of this extension does not see, receive, or store any data from your use of it.
The following data is stored in chrome.storage.local on your machine and never leaves it:
This data is readable only by the extension itself. It is not synced to any cloud service. Uninstalling the extension removes it.
The extension makes outbound requests to the following endpoints, and only the following endpoints:
proxylist.geonode.com api.proxyscrape.com api.openproxylist.xyz
The extension does not contact any other servers under any circumstances.
If you save proxy credentials (username and password) — either by editing the bundled premium list or by adding custom proxies — they are stored only in chrome.storage.local on your device.
They are sent only to the proxy server they belong to, only when that proxy is active, only when Chrome's proxy authentication challenge requires them. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
When you activate any proxy, all your browser traffic flows through that proxy server, which is operated by a third party — your paid provider, or the operator of whichever public proxy you selected.
The extension is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because we do not collect data at all.
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the new version in the same location.
